No. The public directory currently lists external courses. You enrol and pay with the named provider under its terms. FBTL-hosted learning appears in My Learning only when an eligible organisation course is assigned to you.
Personal learning remains personal. For organisation-assigned courses, authorised managers can see progress and completion, not private tutor conversations or individual answers.
