AI Tutor

That momentit finallymakes sense.

An explanation, a different example, a question that helps it click. AI Tutor stays beside the lesson and works with the learner’s needs.

01

A moment of uncertainty

Joe has read the lesson. He is still not quite sure.

“I’ve read it. I’m still not sure.”

That is a useful place to begin. Open support beside your eligible assigned lesson and ask about the part that has not clicked yet.

Grounded in the course

Get help grounded in the approved material for the lesson you are working through.

Guidance before answers

Use hints and guiding questions to work out the answer and understand why it makes sense.

02

Unpack the idea

Let’s find another way into it.

The tutor uses approved lesson context to explain, give a worked example or ask a guiding question. The help stays close to the subject.

The lesson → your question → a grounded explanation

Different ways to understand

Ask for another explanation, a smaller step or an example that connects the idea to the lesson.

AI, with a useful job to do

Find the explanation that makes it click.

Ask about the part that feels unclear. The tutor can explain it another way, offer a hint and ask a question that helps you test your thinking. Each exchange brings you back to the lesson and a useful next step.

Joe’s private lesson question

“What makes a useful hand-off?”

  • Customer hand-off fundamentals
  • Approved lesson context
  • Eligible assigned FBTL-hosted course

Illustrative tutor exchange

“Start with what the next person needs.”

  • Explain the idea in a smaller step
  • Connect it to a practical example
  • “Which detail would you pass on first?”

The story does not stop here

The lesson. The help. The next useful step.

Keep course discovery, assigned learning and tutor access clear. The right route depends on the learning you choose or receive.

Tutor + Organisation Learning

Support approved private courses while managers see progress and completion—not the learner's private conversation.

Tutor + approved context

Use the hosted course as the knowledge boundary and keep core learning available if AI support is unavailable.

Build the right plan

Tutor support, as part of eligible learning.

Access and cost depend on the hosted course or organisation learning arrangement in which the tutor is enabled.

Included or agreed within eligible hosted-course access

Course access

The course page or organisation assignment explains its delivery route and any price before enrolment.

Tutor availability

Only supported FBTL-hosted courses show AI Tutor as an available learning tool.

No duplicate workspace

The tutor lives inside My Learning; there is no second AI account to buy or manage.

Creating an account alone does not activate AI Tutor. Open an eligible hosted course to use it.

The useful details

A few things worth knowing.

Is AI Tutor a general-purpose chatbot?

No. It is a capability inside eligible assigned FBTL-hosted courses and is grounded in the lesson context and source material for that course.

Can an organisation manager read tutor conversations?

No. Managers receive the operational learning information they need, such as progress and completion, without a feed of private tutor conversations or learner answers.

What happens if the AI service is unavailable?

The lesson and approved course content remain accessible. The tutor is an optional learning support, not a dependency that locks the learner out of the course.

Make the next move yours

Ready to make the next connection?

AI Tutor is available inside eligible assigned FBTL-hosted courses. An account alone does not activate it. Sign in and open your eligible course in My Learning.

01

Receive an eligible hosted assignment

AI Tutor appears inside supported FBTL-hosted courses assigned through My Learning, not as a separate subscription screen.

02

Create or sign in to My Learning

One account carries assignments, progress and the private course room.

03

Learn, ask and check understanding

Use the tutor when it helps; continue the lesson normally when it does not.

Less pressure to pretend. More space to understand.
