Using Skulk Processes

The service

Fox by the Lake Ltd, trading as Skulk, provides tools to record or import work, prepare procedures, review and approve knowledge, analyse processes and prepare agent drafts. Available functions depend on your organisation’s configuration, plan, permissions and supported device. A prepared or downloaded app is not available for general distribution until its release is activated.

Your authority and content

Use an account and organisation you are authorised to access. Your organisation remains responsible for its procedure content, recording permissions, lawful use, staff access and approval decisions. Only upload material it has the right to use. Respect other people’s privacy, intellectual property and confidentiality.

Choose only the windows needed for a task and review screenshots and video before submission. Do not record credentials or unrelated private information. Do not use the recorder for covert or continuous employee monitoring.

Review AI results before using them

A demonstration shows one path through a task and may omit exceptions or company policy. AI suggestions can be incomplete or incorrect. The organisation must check the evidence, resolve questions and approve the version staff should follow. Suggested savings or automation opportunities need validation against the organisation’s actual work.

An agent draft or connected skill is a proposal, not permission to execute a process. It does not deploy an agent, supply company credentials, send messages or authorise transactions. Any later execution requires separately configured tools, permissions, approvals and evaluation.

Connections, exports and access

Check the organisation, destination and scopes before approving a recorder or ChatGPT connection. Do not share accounts, API keys, setup keys or access tokens. Administrators control external-AI eligibility independently of SOP publication.

Revocation blocks subsequent authorised requests. It cannot recall previously downloaded files or information already disclosed to another service. Connected skills use references by default and still need an authorised connection for future retrieval.

Plans, changes and support

A free pilot does not authorise a charge or paid subscription. Paid pricing and any future change must be agreed through Skulk outside the ChatGPT plugin. Supplier subscriptions are separate from access to Skulk Processes.

Skulk may restrict access needed to protect the service or comply with law. Service availability, support commitments and recovery objectives are governed by the organisation’s agreement; this page does not promise a particular uptime, certification or recovery time.
