Is this the same as the public course directory?

No. Organisational Learning is a private workspace for your own managed courses and assignments. External course discovery remains a separate public journey.

What can managers see?

Authorised managers can see enrolment, progress and completion. Private tutor conversations and individual knowledge-check answers are not exposed as a management feed.

Can we use our own material?

Yes. We can build a hosted course from your approved documents, notes and process knowledge, with your organisation controlling access.
