The first hello
Joe has a project in mind. It starts with a hello.
Joe has an idea. Give him an easy way to tell you.
Joe wants fitted shelving for his home office. Whether he finds Northstar’s website, a directory listing or a social profile, the same branded form gives him a clear first step.
Hosted link · branded form · approved embeds
Start wherever your audience is
Use a hosted link, an approved website embed, or a link from directories and social profiles. Responses arrive in one inbox.
Flexible fields and sections
Shape the questions, choices, consent, sections and attachments around the information you actually need.
02
Keep the context
His enquiry is saved. Before anything else happens.
Joe’s accepted response lands in your private inbox before onward delivery starts. The original stays there if a connection needs another try, so he does not have to explain it all again.
Joe’s enquiry → stored response → named owner
A private response inbox
Every accepted response is stored before onward delivery, so a connection problem does not lose the enquiry.

The useful details
A few things worth knowing.
Can a form live on my existing website?+
Yes. Forms can be shared as a hosted experience or embedded in a website while responses remain in the same private organisation workspace.
What happens if an integration is temporarily unavailable?+
The accepted response is stored before downstream delivery. Delivery status can be reviewed and retried without asking the visitor to submit again.
Can a response feed a CRM, agent or booking workflow?+
Forms currently delivers through configured email, Linear, Zapier or signed webhooks. A CRM, bespoke agent or booking hand-off is scoped explicitly so the receiving system, permissions and human decision remain clear; a submission does not silently become a confirmed booking.
Is public self-service billing live?+
Forms is activated through a guided setup. We confirm your scope and price before it goes live.
Make the next move yours
Let’s map your first enquiry.
Start with a short brief. We’ll review it with you, agree the scope and cost, and help bring your first setup into the Portal.
01
Tell us what you need to collect
Describe the questions, who will respond and where the information needs to go.
02
Create or sign in to one account
We connect your organisation’s workspace once the setup is agreed.
03
Review the proposed workflow
Agree the form, response handling and approved delivery route before it is activated for public use.
