A coordinated tile roof, from the underlay and battens to the ridge and rainwater details.
A small residential development needed a roof that felt at home with its brickwork. The example specification brings a muted clay-colour tile together with a complete pitched-roof build-up.
02 / Understand
The work
The sequence begins with the supporting layers and batten setting out. Tiles are fixed in courses, followed by the compatible ridge, verge and abutment details. Gutters complete the route for rainwater.
03 / Deliver
The result
The finished concept shows how the covering and its details can be considered as one system. This is an illustrative project for the template, not a completed customer commission.
