A warm-roof concept that connects insulation, single-ply waterproofing and carefully finished outlets.
A light-industrial workspace illustrates a flat-roof refurbishment. The design considers the existing deck, the insulation and the drainage route before selecting a waterproofing approach.
02 / Understand
The work
In this example the roof is shown as a sequence of layers. Insulation is positioned over the deck, followed by the membrane and its perimeter details. Upstands and outlets are completed as part of the same system.
03 / Deliver
The result
A simple roof form gives the details room to work. This fictional example explains the process without claiming a real client, warranty or measured performance improvement.
