Do you only build with Fable?
No. It is our own starting point, and we can tailor it to your business. We can also work with your existing theme, another suitable foundation or a more bespoke brief.
Can you create the Shopify store for us?
Yes. We can help establish the store and configure the catalogue, pages and settings included in the agreed scope. Your business owns the Shopify account and approves its platform and payment arrangements.
Can our current shop stay open during the work?
We work in an unpublished theme where appropriate and agree a migration or launch plan before changing the customer-facing store. The approach depends on your current setup.
What happens after launch?
We hand over the configured store and explain routine content updates. Any ongoing support, maintenance or further development is set out separately in your agreement.
